Zacharias was an orphan from Midasius. He and his brother, Romanus, were eating apples from an orchard when an Ironhead caught them. Luckily, Hercules arrived and fought off the Ironhead to help the starving boys. Later, Zacharias and Romanus were lured by Voluptua and Segallus to the Golden Touch where they were made to walk across a narrow beam above deadly spikes so the patrons could bet on which one would survive. Again, Hercules came to the rescue and neither of the boys was injured.
