The Utma Dagger was a shamanic implement, carved from bone. It has the power to show a person their past, and in one case, was used to bring a person into the past from the far future. After being used by an ancient shaman to bring Cyane to the Tretomlec, it was banished to the Netherworld so it couldn't fall into the wrong hands. Xena and Yakut managed to bring it into the living world and used it to help teach the Northern Amazons that their blood lust was wrong.
