This Traveler happened upon Maceus and his men near the entrance to Echidna's cave when the warriors were trying to free Echidna. Maceus ordered him to tell Hercules that Echidna was free and the Traveler sought out the hero in Plinth to tell him. While he was in Plinth he told Typhon that Hercules had imprisoned Echidna before the hero had a chance to explain.
