Constable Tarsus visited Cheiron's Academy after Kora's Inn was robbed. The crime had been committed by Strife to frame Iolaus. The deception was revealed by Hercules ("Between Friends: The Treasure of Zeus, Part 2").

The Constable took Rowab into custody for the crime of stealing oil from one of Hera's temples in order to keep his child warm. While Rowab was in custody, the Constable visited Kora's Inn where Nemesis attempted to kill Rowab in retribution for the gods. Hercules was able to save him. Later, Hercules convinced Nemesis that Rowab did not deserve to be killed and she spared him, angering Hera ("Herc's Nemesis").

When Hercules foiled a plot by Proaax and Buterus to assassinate Jason, the Constable arrested the two conspirators ("Get Jason").

The Constable was a customer at Kora's Inn during the time when Kora's sister Cleo was attempting to run things. He asked Cleo if she had any daily specials and Cleo lied that they were serving swordfish and then told Hercules to give him chicken. Later, he became ill from whatever it was he ate ("Sisters").
