The Sword of Veracity was a weapon that compelled mortals to tell the truth if they held it or it was pointed at them. It was under the care of Hestia in the Cave of Hestia. Hercules and Iolaus used it to prove Amphion's innocence when their friend was accused of murder by Traicus. They later returned it to Hestia's safekeeping after their success.
