Shapeshifting is a power possessed by most gods. It allows them to transform themselves or take on the guise of another person, being or animal. Ares and Strife regularly assumed the forms of mortals in their schemes (most of which involved Ares's obsession with Xena). Nemesis enjoyed taking the form of a dove and making a grand entrance by shifting into her human form. Hera once took on the form of a Little Girl in an attempt to kill Hercules (HTLJ "Medea Culpa"). Loki was fond of changing shape. He was able to transform himself into a wolf (HTLJ Citation Needed).
