The Sai (or "Sais") is an ancient weapon, that originated from Japan and is used widely in martial arts. They are usually used in a pair and referred to as Sais. In the Xenaverse, Gabrielle notably uses these weapons in Season Five and Season Six.

Only Gabrielle has expressed usage of the Sai, although it is implied that Xena knows how to use them in "Chakram", when Gabrielle states that she buys one for herself and one for Xena.
In Succession Xena used a Sai to battle Mavican.
In "Little Problems" Gabrielle gives one of her Sais to Daphne's father to help fight off henchmen.
