Pyturis was cheated by the Fauns Clarin and Cletis. One of them challenged him to a drinking contest and when he wasn't looking, the twins would switch places. Thus, they were only half as intoxicated as Pyturis. When he discovered their rouse, Pyturis was threatened with death and so remained silent.
