Nica (or Nicha) was a character on Xena: Warrior Princess, played by Katrina Devine.
She met Xenan, the Centaur son of Ephiny and Phantes, and bore his child. Her father, Belach, was the disowned son of Borias and her mother died in childbirth. He didn't approve of her relationship with Xenan and believed that he's kidnapped her. In order to get her back, he hunted the entire Centaur race to extinction, which was exactly what his father had saved the Centaurs from during the Battle of Corinth.
Xena (who is her half great aunt) and Gabrielle found Nica and Xenan, after his mother Ephiny appeared in spirit to Gabrielle, explaining that Xenan was in trouble. They discovered that she was heavily pregnant, and so Xena tried to put things right between the Centaurs and Belach. But, he had already slaughtered the majority of them, which angered Xena and made her even more determined to reunite him with Nica, in order to show him that he will soon have a grandson. However, Nica began to go into labour, and Xena helped her give birth whilst they were under attack by Belach's men.
After a huge stand-off between his troops and her, Xena explained to him how Borias died trying to save the Centaurs and didn't see his son because of it. Belach slowly began to realise that he had no choice but to accept Xenan and what he had done. They made peace, and Nica decided to call the baby Borias, after his grandfather.
