Meg's mother was cited as a rotten mother, but a fun one. She raised Meg on her own, as her father died while she was in childbirth: he fell off a roof while drunk. Meg ran away from home when she was 10-years-old, as one of her mother's boyfriends "liked" her too much. Not long after, she died. Meg always regreted not going home to say goodbye.
