Lucius is a psychotic half-brother of Hercules. Another mortal son of Zeus, he attempts to be the apple of his father's eye, even going so far as to murder their other half-brother, Castor, twin of Pollux. There is some small bit of genius in his madness, though, as he is shown to be clever enough to create elaborate killing machines and devise cons to lull people into a false sense of security. He is also, however, completely terrified of his mother Iambe, who can reduce him to acting like a child in the way she speaks to him.
