Priestess Leah of Hestia was a virgin priestess, sacred to the Goddess Hestia. She was targeted by a gang of Deilians, a group of people that hate all Hestian Virgins. Xena, Gabrielle, Joxer and Meg helped save them from the Deilians, using Xena and Meg to impersonate Leah and confuse the Deilians. She appeared as Xena, trying to convince a warlord to turn to peace because she believed the Goddess Hestia had told her to through Hestian runes.
When first meeting Gabrielle and Xena, she had a very limited view of the world, thinking all Hestian virgins were welcome anywhere, and that a woman can only be virtuous through abstinence.
Possibly had her first lustful feeling for a man when Joxer grabbed her, dipped her and asked her to pray for his protection at the temple.
At the end, because Xena and Gabrielle had helped her save her Hestian virgin girls, she understood that her world view had needed changing and thanked the women.
While all the Xena "look-alikes" are physically identical and must usually be differentiated by personality, Leah has a noticeable rhotacism (pronouncing "r" like "w"), making it easier to identify her from the others. (Xena: Warrior Princess: "Warrior... Priestess... Tramp")
