Jason Smith is an Emmy and two-time Golden Reel nominated music editor from New Zealand who has also worked as a composer, writer, keyboardist, lyricist and filmmaker. A composer, writer, keyboardist, lyricist, filmmaker and Emmy and Golden Reel nominated music editor from Aotearoa, New Zealand. His 30 year musical career has been wildly eclectic - from composing hours of music for New Zealand’s prestigious World of Wearable Art design competition, to improvising with the late Robin Williams, to creating sound designs for The New Zealand Opera. Screen composing credits include an episode of the hit Australian animated series Bluey, award winning NZ documentaries Love Speed and Loss and The Nuclear Comeback.
