Italia, also known as "Italy" or the Roman Empire, is a country located in Southern Europe. Xena and Gabrielle often travelled to Rome, it's capital city. Ares took them to the foot of Mount Etna, located in Sicily, after they were presumed dead in "Looking Death in the Eye". This is where Joxer and Meg set up a tavern.
