Hesame was one of the homeless villagers who followed Broteas to the cursed village of Parthus. She had a strong hatred for Jana because she did not approve of the girl having been brought up as an orphan in a brothel. Later, after Hercules led the villagers safely to the charmed city of Calydon, Hesame tried to befriend Jana.
