Epius was a soldier working for Traicus in Plurabus. He was tasked with making sure Hercules and Iolaus did not return to Plurabus with the Sword of Veracity to prove Amphion's innocence. During a fight with the heroes, he briefly held Lea hostage but under the influence of the Sword of Veracity he revealed that he was a coward and he took the job for the pay and because "girls like the uniform."
