From Wave One of the ToyBiz HTLJ 6 inch Monster figure line. This is Echidna as seen in "The Mother of All Monsters", "Cast a Giant Shadow", and "Monster Child in the Promised Land". Unlike the televised Echidna, the figure possessed six fully functional arms (TV-Echidna's lowest pair of arms were atrophied, and thus was only seen to use her top four) and had leg tentacles that kept her in a seated position (TV-Echida) usually stood).
