Annie Day is a recurring character on Xena: Warrior Princess. She believed herself to be a reincarnation of Xena the Warrior Princess, although she was actually a reincarnation of Joxer the Mighty. In a twist, Annie's boyfriend Harry O'Casey, turned out to be the Warrior Princess' reincarnation. One episode before the show concluded, Ares swapped the souls of Xena and Joxer, so that they were in the correct bodies, Xena in Annie's body and Joxer in Harry's body.
Biography[]
Dreams and past life counselling[]

Annie Day
When Annie began to have recurring dreams about episodes from the show, Xena: Warrior Princess, she decides to go to a past-life psychologist, as she begins to think that she was Xena in a past life.
As events begin to uncover, it is revealed that she is actually Joxer the Mighty (much to her initial displeasure), Harry O'Casey, her boyfriend, is Xena and the psychologist, Mattie Merrill is the reincarnation of Gabrielle. The manager of the psychology clinic reveals himself to be Ares and fights with Xena (Harry). Harry and Mattie then get together, leaving Annie. (Xena: Warrior Princess: "Deja Vu All Over Again")
Body switch[]
Two years later, a new scroll is discovered in the Ionian Sea, describing a marriage between Xena and Ares and the true details as to how Gabrielle escaped the lava pit. It also contained a binding contract, stating that Ares owns Xena's soul, that only Ares can destroy. At the C.H.A.K.R.A.M. meeting, where the Scroll is being read for the first time, Harry, Mattie and Annie are waiting for a special guest appearance from Ares.
When the God of War shows up, he switches Annie's and Harry's bodies, causing Annie to become Xena and Harry to become Joxer. Annie/Xena tricks Ares into destroying the contract and he stomps off, leaving everyone in their correct bodies. Then Xena, Gabrielle and Joxer were reunited once again. (Xena: Warrior Princess: "Soul Possession")
