Ania was the young wife of Iolaus. She was a bad cook, animals were afraid of her and she couldn't sew, but Iolaus loved her nevertheless. (Hercules and the Amazon Women) She died not long after they were married. (Hercules and the Maze of the Minotaur)
In some myths, Iolaus's wife was Megara, Heracles's first wife whom he was unable to face after killing their children in a fit of madness brought on by Hera.
