Adiah was married to Rahl and they lived near Pomira territory. Together, Adiah and Rahl had a daughter called Vanessa. Vanessa was abducted by Cervic as a child. Six years later, Vanessa was reunited with her birth parents by Xena and Gabrielle. Adiah was sympathetic to the idea that Vanessa had a second family and that she preferred to be called Pilee.
